We built Vert School because there is a lack of accessible, personalized, and science backed programs to teach you how to jump higher. 


How it Works

  • Each week we upload your workout plan for that week. Your workouts vary based on where you are in your cycle and how your body feels. Every 4-6 weeks is your 'rest and test' week. This is a 1 week long deload period to allow your body to rest, then we test your vertical leap again to measure results before you go into your new training cycle.
